MLH Local Hack Day

Today on 1st December 2018 FreeCodeCampGoa celebrated 5th annual Local Hack Day @91Springboard Goa, for Major League Hacking (MLH) with Hackathon and GitHub workshop. Around the world this day marks global hackathon and celebration of learning, building, and sharing. This years edition was supported by GitHub and sponsored by Microsoft.

For yet learning programmers , Hackathons are more than learning experiences for real life problem solving. The event is more than educational workshops, yet opportunity to widen peer circle and PR.

Today attending the Local Hack day gave me hands on learning about GitHub Educational Pack which has tons of free developer tools to help you build own project. My best take away was how to make a web app for free using Mendix apart from pocketful of cool stickers.
